30 years – that’s 360 months full of ideas, challenges, change and great encounters. A lot’s happened since we first opened our doors in 1995.

And as we look back on three decades of Gipfelgold, we want to take this moment to pause, reflect – and look boldly to the future.

Those early days were all about curiosity and a pioneering spirit. With limited resources but a strong sense of direction, we found our footing in the market. The 2000s saw us grow, get more professional, and face the first big digital shake-ups.

In the 2010s, we learned that values matter more than perfection – and that change is part of the DNA of any modern company.

Whether as partners, clients or critical observers – thank you for your trust, your input and your ongoing support. We truly believe the years ahead will be challenging – but also full of opportunity.
